QuickBooks 2013 Sunset
We will discontinue service and support for all 2013 QuickBooks versions on May 31, 2016.
We want our customers to have the best products and services, and are required to follow the Intuit support plan. When Intuit sunsets support on May 31, 2016 we will remove 2013 from our system and will only support the latest three years of QuickBooks (2014, 2015 & 2016).
In order to continue using QuickBooks’ services you are required to purchase or rent the QuickBooks 2016 software and upgrade their company file before May 31, 2016. If users are renting the 2013 software, you are eligible to upgrade. Contact sales to discuss your upgrade options.
Intuit’s Invoice Payment Options Are Changing
Intuit recently updated their invoice payment options and will soon discontinue Intuit PaymentNetwork (IPN). Your ability to send invoices containing an IPN payment link and send payments with the Pay Vendor tool will be shut off May 31, 2016. Your customers will still be able to pay invoices through your Pay Link until June 30, 2016. Please upgrade to QuickBooks 2016 by May 31, 2016 to avoid service disruption.
